I have worked on programming projects in LabVIEW, Mathematica, python and R. An overview of some of the projects including some examples are given below.
This repository is for a program that I wrote in Mathematica originally and have since rewritten it as a python script. This routine uses XYZ coordinates obtained from protien crystal structures and calculates the orientation factor between two dipoles.
This repository is for another program that I wrote in Mathematica originally and have since rewritten it as a python script. The project uses spectroscopy observations (such as fluorescence or absorbance) and uses a 2-state model to determine where the protein unfolds.
I did extensive programming in LabVIEW 8.5.1 for data aquistion and instrument control.
This program was written in LabVIEW to acquire data for fluorescence upconversion and transient absorption. This program controlled several translation stages, a monochromator, a shutter and performed DAQ. It consisted of ~50 VIs.

This program was written to allow for an easy method with which to balance the voltage from the signal and reference dectors.
